Don’t Call it Classified unless it’s Convenient for me, Jack
As the latest Biden Regime scandal, this time regarding hidden classified documents boils over, the Administration vs the Administrative State battle heats up.
In any other reality throughout the course of history, Joe Biden might have a little problem on his hands.
But the heat is definitely getting turned up.
It was revealed earlier this week by NBC that on November 1st, 2022, at least 10 classified documents (some with “top secret” markings) were discovered at the D.C. offices of the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement.
It has also been confirmed that the Merrick Garland led, U.S. Department of Justice, once aware of the situation, knowingly repressed and buried the story to protect the Regime interests in the 2022 Midterm Elections, which would take place a week following the discovery.
This immediately raised several questions, like: how did the documents come to be stored there? How did Joe Biden or members of his team come to be in possession of them? What were the contents of these classified materials? And how was the Regime and Regime Media going to spin this story to make it different from the Mar-a-Lago raid of Donald Trump last year?
What we have been able to take away from the initial reports are that the documents at the Biden Center were related to Iran, the U.K. and you guessed it - Ukraine.
We also have learned that the Penn Biden Center operated as a dark money reservoir, netting between $30-$54 million dollars in Chinese money from unknown donors shortly after opening.
Imagine my shock.
In addition, more than 10 current or former Biden Regime officials at some point, held positions at the D.C. “think tank;” everyone from current Secretary of State Antony Blinken, Under Secretary of Defense for Policy Colin Kahl and White House counselor Steven Richetti enriched their financial portfolios while serving in some context at the Biden Center, holding various titles such as managing director or strategic consultants and making large sums of money while doing so. Several Biden-appointed Ambassadors have worked in the facility, and many others have obtained positions within the Regime; everything from speech writers and advisors to special assistant positions have been given to those that came through the diplomacy and global (enrichment) engagement hub.
To be very clear, at no point prior to becoming president, could Joe Biden the V.P. or private citizen have been legally sound in possessing these highly classified documents, never mind that he didn’t have the clearance to store them in a private business outside of a secure federal location.
Fact of the matter is, either in his role as Vice President to Barack Obama, or as citizen Joe did Biden have the legal authority to declassify any of the documents that have been found to be in his possession either - that is an authority reserved solely for the President.
And the connectivity coming from the minuscule amount of details that we’ve learned just from country’s mentioned in the document discovery - Iran (the Iran Deal), the U.K. (The Steel Dossier), and of course Ukraine (regime change led to the biggest money laundering operation in modern history), you simply can’t make this stuff up.
Well, maybe this Regime can.
No longer are you considered a conspiracy theorist when pointing out the blatant hypocrisies when trying to reason with anyone regarding the political hit job against Donald Trump for the now last seven years.
It’s been widely reported that Donald Trump may in fact did have some classified materials at his estate at MAL, however because Donald Trump was the 45th President of the United States, he did reserve the right to declassify said documents that made the trip down to South Florida with him.
Also reported was that the Trump team was working openly with the Department of Justice in mitigating the request to review and return these documents back into the possession of the National Archives, which is the normalized home for classified or declassified materials when the Oval Office switches out renters.
No dice for Team Trump apparently.
However, the same Garland led DOJ that initiated, approved and enacted the raid with the FBI at MAL last August, interfering in yet another election while burying the story of the Biden find just a week prior to last years midterms.
As a parting gift, the now candidate Trump (as he’s formally announced a bid to reclaim the White House in 2024), reelection team has been awarded a Special Counsel which will bog down while trying to create (another) false reality, nothing burger to demoralize Trump and his base for the entirety of his campaign.
Unfortunately though for the Biden Regime, the long-standing practice of deny and projection is falling apart faster than they can get ahead of the narrative.
Yesterday, CNN (of all media outlets) broke the story that a second trove of classified materials had been found to have been in the possession of Joe Biden or his associates in a filing cabinet inside of a garage where he also parks his 1967 Chevy Corvette Stingray. Consequently, the home was claimed to be owned by the smartest man in the world, Hunter Biden back in 2018.
While the Biden Team remains silent, the White House Press Secretary fails to provide any insight and Joe Biden himself has blown off the accusations, the question we must ponder is: how much longer are we going to allow this complete disregard and abandonment of the law to carry on?
With pressure already coming from up on Capitol Hill, and Senators Rubio and Graham sending letters demanding answers from Garland at the DOJ, he today, took the “initiative” and appointed a Special Counsel to investigate the sitting president regarding his handling of classified materials when he served as VP.
Only problem here is that the Counsel, led by Attorney Robert Hur, is the former protege of #Russiagate instigator and former FBI Director, Rod Rosenstein.
During the two year, Mueller led investigation, Hur was pivotal in issuing subpoenas that allowed the FBI to spy on former Chief of Staff to the DOD, Kash Patel and former Chair of the Intelligence Committee, Congressman Devin Nunes. This prolonged the investigation and allowed for the Justice Department to stay ahead of the Nunes / Patel work that they were doing to expose it all.
So can we expect an even remotely partisan and unbiased investigation into Joe Biden?
It’s just too soon to tell.
What isn’t difficult to notice is how bad the radical left and the progressives want to be done with Joe Biden.
Regardless of whether they all go in front of the cameras and lie when asked about a second Biden in office, everyone in the legacy media, print press and political spectrum is over with the empty suit and gaffe-riddled president.
They know after just two years of tanking the economy, opening the borders and destroying geopolitical relations, it’s time for a fresh face from the radical left to step in and be able to proficiently articulate why we must give up our gas powered cars and stoves and how we must give up our guns and adhere to their pronouns while doing so.
And we all know by this point and in his declining health, good ole, Scranton Joe just can’t deliver the message.
Even with a teleprompter.
So maybe this is the beginning of the end of the idea that’s been the Biden presidency. Could it be, since Joe Biden has made it clear that he is preparing to announce his reelection bid that this is the way that Administrative State strikes back?
A soft rebrand if you will.
With already 23 Senate seats to defend in 2024 and seven of those seats in states that Donald Trump won in 2016 and 2020, it doesn’t make sense to have the frail, weak and unenthusiastic Biden attempting to rally the base to hold the one seat majority in the Senate while at the same time trying to reclaim the House of Representatives.
What’s even more disturbing is that earlier today, the Justice Department disclosed that now a third batch of classified documents have been found to be in the possession of the 46th President.
However, this could all be a trap, set by the Administrative State to publicly skew the way that we handle these types of situations (an evolution to the Clinton email scandal, if you will), moving forward. At the same time, the corrupt powers within the D.C. apparatus (🛎️) could use long-standing past practice principles to, in the media and maybe even on the campaign trail or debate stage, ding Trump.
Now we will wait to see what happens now that Joe Biden has a Special Counsel of his very own to worry (or not) about.
If the Deep State plays its cards right, it could make for a lovely parting gift.
