Retribution Runs Both Ways
As the left continues to wage lawfare against Donald Trump and America First, we examine the radical behavior of U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland and the Supreme implications fueling his endgame
Make no mistake about it, every move that current U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland makes running interference into the 2024 Presidential Election for Joe Biden and Democrat Party against Donald Trump and America First is calculated, made with precision and centers around achieving one goal:
Revenge.
Initially it wasn’t aimed at Donald Trump, but focused more on our movement and anyone who decided to stand in the breach. Just hearing the name America First triggers establishment politicians on both sides of the isle and those within the Administrative State and sets them off in ways we hadn’t seen before the 45th President came down the golden escalator and eventually battled his way straight to the White House.
Now Garland seeks to crucify Trump and make him a martyr, even though his actions since the Mar-a-Lago raid has done nothing but galvanize the MAGA base and widen the tent around him.
What we might be overlooking while being distracted by all of the legal Rubicon’s we keep crossing is the angle that Garland is still auditioning for a spot on the U.S. Supreme Court.
Whether it’s assigning one-sided Special Counsels or Garland’s blatant disregard for the rule of law and equal justice when dealing directly with Joe Biden and his family compared to J6 defendants, we have to ask ourselves to what extent will the overkill against Trump rise to before it’s proven to be all for naught?
Maybe we’ll find out more after the next Trump indictment drops in the next few weeks, this time led by compromised Fulton County D.A., Fanni Willis down in Georgia.
Garland’s long-standing ties to the Clinton, Obama and Biden families are very public and well documented. The classically-trained, former theatrical actor turned lawyer is known by his peers as someone who looks for input and seeks feedback on his cases, but goes with his gut when finalizing his rulings.
He uncommonly writes all of his own briefs, dissents and opinion pieces while trying to present himself as a humble, ethical or stoic figure, it’s impossible not to notice how Garland still egotistically craves the spotlight.
His inner circle is ripe with many who have been complicit in running a color revolution in here in America and vastly expanding the Administrative State within our federal government since the Obama administration like Susan Rice, Lisa Monaco, Tori Nuland and Jake Sullivan to name a few of the most notable bad actors.
Bit at 70 years old, most would consider Garland as being past his window of opportunity when discussing future nominations for the Supreme Court. Currently SCOTUS, who’s judges average 58 years old, are elder-heavy on the conservative side, with Justices Clarance Thomas (75) and Samuel Alito (73) outpacing the next oldest Judge with Sotomayor (69) as the elder liberal Judge ahead of Chief Justice John Roberts (63).
But in this day and age and within the ever-worsening political and social climates in America, age is just a number and you must consider as to why a U.S. Attorney General would overtly go to such ends without some kind of a major carrot being dangled in front of him.
We are becoming more clear into just how corrupt Joe Biden and his handlers are, and it would be naive to assume Garland is acting without direction, especially into the unprecedented persecution of Donald Trump as the former President and greatest political threat to Biden’s bid to win reelection next year.
That adds to the importance that the 2024 elections present to the America First movement and not just in the sense of winning back the White House.
Retaining the House of Representatives for Republicans is an equally as big a component for conservatives as getting Donald Trump back in the Oval Office next year.
Although Kevin McCarthy will never be the House Speaker that MAGA wishes he was, he’s been better than serviceable in allowing for House Oversight, Judiciary and Weaponization Committees to conduct themselves in the way they should while not controlling the Senate or the executive branch government does.
By running investigations and oversight.
But McCarthy knows his actual legacy as Speaker begins when we win back the Senate and the presidency where he can draft and pass legislation instead of seeing bill after bill die in the Senate or be vetoed by Joe Biden.
This suggests McCarthy will be all-in to keep the House, while numbers in the Senate favor Republicans flipping it back again in 2024.
With Trump clearly shaping up to be the Republican nominee next fall, America First potentially has the opportunity for a 2017 power-grab redo with many more favorable parts within the machine than we were given in 2017 and no Paul Ryan.
Failure to unite and do so will allow for a Democrat-controlled Senate to confirm Joe Biden-nominated SCOTUS justices and let’s face it: both Thomas and Alito will be vacating their seats on the bench before the 2028 election cycle comes around.
Getting Garland on the bench would not only serve as retribution from his initial nomination, which was the most embarrassing one of its kind in modern politics, that would change the bench demographic from 6-3 to 5-4 conservative-leaning, and would vault one of the biggest radical, progressive, leftist activist portrayers of law into into the country’s highest court that we may have ever seen.
And with more than likely two spots up for grabs on the bench for the next POTUS over the next six years, who’s to say that Garland wouldn’t be pushing to be bring his long-time surrogate and Russiagate proprietor Lisa Monaco along with him?
The question remains open, but the possible conclusion is now definitely more clear. The weaponized Justice Department and legal system over the past two-and-a-half years has been streamlined against the average citizen and the America First movement at a pace that dwarfs the two decades of constitutional protections we saw erased in the fallout from the Joe Biden inspired Patriot Act following 9/11.
The upcoming 2024 election cycle will prove to be the key and our last chance to level the scales of Justice while trying to preserve the time-tested phrase, And Justice for All.
