Elon Musk confirms that a collaborative effort by the Biden campaign, DOJ, FBI, DHS the MSM and members of Congress was achieved to interfere with the 2020 Presidential Election- So now what?
The hangover that still lingers from the 2020 Presidential Election may never in fact, fade away. Waking up today and combing through the internal communications and information that Elon Musk released via Matt Taibbi’s twitter account last night proved what a lot of conservative commentators have been saying since the social media giant banned the New York Post bombshell about the Hunter Biden laptop back in October of 2020. Shortly thereafter, we would see everything from the memorandum signed by 51 former intelligence officials stating that the laptop was part of a widespread Russian disinformation operation to support then President Trump’s reelection campaign to former Fox News commentator Chris Wallace shutting down President Trump from talking about it in his Presidential debate with Joe Biden and everything in between.
Big Tech (namely twitter), the Biden Campaign and the intelligence community which included FBI Director Christopher Wray and former U.S. Attorney General Bill Barr had all the information at their fingertips and chose instead to collaborate in election interference that would equate into a democrat victory less than a month later for Joe Biden.
This we already knew.
I think the most important portion of this story moving forward, without having to unpack already established facts with a still developing story (connecting the dots) is where do we go from here and what happens (or repercussions could come down) next?
The theories surrounding the situation and most likely outcomes may vary; I watched with extreme bias this morning as some of the large voices in the America First community with an even bigger reach claimed that everyone needs to fired, and that everyone else need to go to jail. Others used drive-by headline verbiage, saying that anything short of a new Church Committee (the 1975 Special Committee appointed to investigate abuses by the CIA, FBI and IRS) appointed would just not suffice.
Although I don’t find much fault with the context of these arguments, we must really decide on whether or not to choose to live in that alternative reality or the one we currently occupy; where many abuses and crimes often go uninvestigated and even more go unpunished. The Deep State, the Swamp, Administrative State or whatever is your identifying and descriptive D.C. apparatus pronouns may be, we can all agree how the deep-rooted entrenchment and layers of protection that they have surrounding their most precious sources of money and power are.
Factually and probably most responsibly, I hypothesize that we are not going to see much of anything regarding any type of real consequences, firings, investigations, special counsels, arrests and imprisonments.
Not at the moment, at least. Most likely, not until 2025 and the best odds for any restitution are under the leadership of a second Trump presidency where the then heads of the DOJ and FBI wouldn’t be former Chris Christie and Paul Ryan recommendations.
I spoke with several former federal prosecutors who have assured me of just this. Prosecutors who in years past, have put cartel leaders, Wall Street bankers and international terrorists behind bars, so I trust their armchair quarterbacking in hindsight. It’s almost certain that the Trump team will file lawsuits with the FEC and against Vijaya Gadde and twitter, components of the DNC (which is great for the party and for optics) and several of the adjacent figures who helped collaborate in this scheme to rig and steal the 2020 Presidential Election. We can also expect congress, in both the House and Senate next year to host several hearings that usually make for great sound bites but due to the current power structure at the moment in D.C. (democrat President, equal Senate, slim majority in the House), will lead to nowhere but such, but hey, at least boomer sweats Sean Hannity and the botox queen Laura Ingram will have content for their programs in the years to come.
But let’s be clear and remove all false narratives and hopes about what might be suggested and certainly is being said in the hopium department of America First:
There is currently, no legal or constitutional avenue for Donald Trump to be “made” President of the United States, other than running for the office in 2024.
There will be no redo to the 2020 Presidential Election. If those in congress feel that after all of the evidence presented can lead to an actual delegitimization of Joe Biden’s Presidency, then they need to draft articles of impeachment (the border crisis and Afghan withdrawal should be sufficient) and remove him from office.
In the end, the narrative that the 2020 Election was rigged and (most likely) stolen from President Trump now has some physical receipts. By a lot of the hard work and fearless devotion to actual journalism, those like Miranda Divine, and her team at the NY Post, Raheem Kassam, Darren Beattie, Vish Burra, Rudy Guiliani and others have faced cancellations, lawfare, FBI surveillance, DOJ harassment and beyond to keep this narrative alive until a time that cumulated yesterday when new Chief Twit, Elon Musk used his discernment to release the internals between the DNC, Biden Campaign, Federal Law Enforcement, including DHS, members Congress and his newly purchased platform reaffirming that they almost got away with the crime of the century to remove a sitting president. They are all entitled to more than a victory lap, however, most if not all of them have moved onto bigger and even more explosive findings that continue to expose just how stacked the deck has been against us for so long.
Which is why we won’t even have time to enjoy this small but impactful victory. If you know the news cycle and how it works since Donald Trump came down the escalator in 2015 goes, the next earth-shattering narrative should be arriving in 3..2..1..
